Club Activities of Cadets

 Club activities in cadet programs provide cadets with opportunities to engage in a variety of extracurricular pursuits beyond their military training, promoting personal growth, teamwork, and leadership. These activities allow cadets to develop interests and skills in areas such as sports, academics, culture, leadership, and community service, while also enhancing their overall character.There are 16 clubs in MCSK in order to build their knowledge.

Competition in MCSK

There are basically 4 types of competition in MCSK.These competitions usually follow to develop the Cadet's lifestyle and spirits and flourish their hidden talents.The competitions are: 1.Drill competition:Drill competitions in cadet programs are highly regarded events that showcase the cadets' discipline, precision, teamwork, and dedication to military drill standards. These competitions typically involve a series of events where cadets perform structured routines, sometimes with added creative elements, while adhering to strict protocols. 2.Cleanliness competition:Cleanliness competitions in cadet programs emphasize discipline, attention to detail, and pride in maintaining personal and shared spaces. Daily life of a Cadet

  Since this is an exclusively residential institution, it is assumed that special efforts will be made to devise a worthwhile daily schedule for Cadets during the term. The purpose of such a daily schedule is to indicate broadly the orientation that is required for the physical and mental development of Cadets according to the demand of time. The details of the daily schedule will determine their involvement in different activities of the day within the time frame from 0530 hrs to 2245 hrs. The following activities are mandatory for them: PT for 30 minutes in all weekdays other than days specified for parade and holidays. SSC & HSC candidates would be exempted from the same one month prior to the start of their exams. Parade for 30 minutes on every Sunday and Wednesday except holiday.   Military Collegiate School Khulna (MCSK) is a residential school for both boys (VII-XII) and girls (VII-XII) offering a sprawling campus spread over 105 acres of lush green lands, situated in the close proximity to city, with connectivity via road and railway communication. Jashore Airport is about an hour plus drive from MCSK. It is approximately 6.5 km North West of Jahanabad Cantonment, Khulna and about 4.5 km South West from Phultala Upazilla. Boys and Girls Wings are fully separated and self-supporting. This is an English version school & college and follows the syllabus of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Jashore.
